BY ENTERING (OR OTHERWISE PARTICIPATING IN) THE PROMOTION, ENTRANTS AGREE TO THESE OFFICIAL RULES, WHICH ARE A BINDING CONTRACT, SO READ THEM CAREFULLY BEFORE ENTERING. WITHOUT LIMITATION, THIS CONTRACT INCLUDES INDEMNITIES TO THE PROMOTION PARTIES FROM YOU AND A LIMITATION OF YOUR RIGHTS AND REMEDIES.

SPONSOR: The TraiTel ITZATM Sweepstakes 2024 ("Sweepstakes") is sponsored by TraiTel Telecommunications Corporation, Inc., PO Box 26065, San Diego, CA 92196 ("TraiTel" or "Sponsor"). This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, Meta Platforms, Inc., Powerball or VISA®.
GENERAL: The Sweepstakes is subject to these Official Rules ("Rules" or "Official Rules") and all applicable federal, state and local laws. Entry into this Sweepstakes constitutes your acceptance of these Official Rules. Each participant is entitled to one (1) automatic entry via the ITZATM App and one (1) entry through the AMOE, such as a mail-in submission, during the entire Sweepstakes Period. Additional entries can be earned beyond the standard entries. Participants can gain bonus entries through specific promotional activities, such as referring friends or family to the Sweepstakes or by scanning ITZAtag codes through the ITZATM App. There is no set limit on the number of bonus entries a participant can earn. While there is a cap on direct (standard) entries per person to ensure fair participation, the opportunity to accumulate bonus entries is designed to reward active engagement and promotion of the Sweepstakes. All entries, standard and bonus, contribute to the participant's total chances of winning.
ELIGIBILITY: Open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age (or age of majority in their state of residence) and older, who are physically located and reside in the United States or District of Columbia. Void in Puerto Rico and where prohibited or restricted by law. Individuals employed by Sponsor, subsidiaries, Sponsor's business partners, or advertising and promotion agencies (collectively "Sweepstakes Parties") at any time during the Sweepstakes Period, and members of their immediate family (parent, child, sibling or spouse of any of the foregoing) or persons living in the same household (those living in the same household for at least 3 of 12 months preceding the Sweepstakes Period), are not eligible. Eligibility for the grand prizes is contingent upon the Sweepstakes reaching the specified entry milestones. All entrants have the potential to win the base prizes, with additional opportunities for grand prizes as participation increases.
TIMING: This Sweepstakes begins Thursday, April 18, 2024 at 12:00 AM ET and ends Saturday, December 7, 2024 at 11:59 PM ET ("Sweepstakes Period"). All times appearing in these Official Rules are Eastern Time (ET). Sponsor's database clock will be the official timekeeper for this Sweepstakes. The Sweepstakes Period will be composed of Entry Periods and Drawing Periods, as described below.
A. ENTRY PERIOD: The Sweepstakes begins on Thursday, April 18, 2024, at 12:00 AM and concludes on Saturday, December 7, 2024, at 11:59 PM. The Sweepstakes consists of thirty (30) Entry Periods. Each Entry Period, with the exception of the first, spans one week, starting on Saturday at 10:51 PM and ending the following Saturday at 10:50 PM. The initial Entry Period is extended, starting from the beginning of the Sweepstakes on April 18, 2024, and ending on May 11, 2024, at 10:50 PM. The final Entry Period commences on Saturday, November 30, 2024, at 10:51 PM and ends on the closing date of the Sweepstakes, December 7, 2024, at 10:50 PM. Entries submitted within these periods are eligible for the corresponding Drawing Periods.
B. DRAWING PERIOD: At the conclusion of each Entry Period, a drawing period will commence at 10:59 PM on Saturday and will last for 1 minute, concluding at 11:00 PM ("Drawing Period"). During each Drawing Period, the Sponsor will select one (1) potential winner from all eligible entries received through both the ITZATM App and the Alternate Method of Entry (AMOE) during that Entry Period. There will be a total of thirty (30) Drawing Periods, corresponding to the thirty (30) Entry Periods. Of these, twenty-nine (29) Drawing Periods will each yield one (1) winner, corresponding to the regular weekly prizes. The final Drawing Period, however, is contingent upon reaching the specified Grand Prize milestones. Depending on the number of entrants and the milestones achieved, the final Drawing Period could have up to three (3) winners.
The Sweepstakes period remains as initially set, but participants should be aware that the value of the prize pool can increase during this time as entry milestones are reached.
WINNING DETERMINATION: The winners for each drawing period of the Sweepstakes will be determined based on the Powerball lottery results. After each Entry Period ends, the Powerball numbers drawn on the subsequent Saturday night at 10:59 PM will be used as the reference for selecting winners. An automated system will compare the Powerball numbers with the entry numbers assigned to participants. The participant whose entry number(s) best match the Powerball numbers drawn will be identified as the potential winner for that period. In cases where multiple participants match the same number of Powerball numbers, the winner will be the one whose entry number sequence is closest to the order of the Powerball draw. If a tie still exists after comparing the order of numbers, the earliest time-stamped entry among the tied participants will be chosen as the winner. It is expressly stated and important to note that the Sweepstakes and its Sponsor, have no official affiliation, sponsorship, endorsement, or partnership with the Powerball lottery. The Powerball numbers are used solely as an independent and transparent mechanism to determine the Sweepstakes winners.
HOW TO ENTER: Participants can enter the Sweepstakes by using the ITZATM App. Downloading and entering through the app qualifies you for both the regular and any potential milestone-based grand prizes. If you prefer not to use the ITZATM App, you can still participate by using an AMOE, which typically involves sending a mail-in entry to the specified address. This method also counts toward the total participant count, helping to unlock milestone-based grand prizes. Every entry, whether through the ITZATM App or AMOE, contributes to the total number of participants. Reaching specific participant milestones will unlock additional grand prizes, thereby increasing the prize pool for everyone involved. Entries must be submitted during the designated Sweepstakes Period. Any entries received after the final Entry Period concludes will not be eligible for the Sweepstakes. Entries are carried over from one Entry Period to the next. This means that once you enter, you remain in the pool of potential winners for the duration of the Sweepstakes Period, enhancing your chances to win a prize.
A. Automatic Entry Method for New ITZATM App Users:
To qualify for an Automatic Entry as a new ITZATM App User, each prospective Entrant must:
Download the ITZATM App and then use any of the following methods to enter; including a URL received from a referral, a QR code received or some other form of advertisement or electronic transmission. In any case, the received invitation must be a formal invitation of the Sponsor or directly endorsed by the Sponsor as a way to enter.
Regardless of the method used to enter the Sweepstakes, an Entrant will be provided with an easy mechanism to read the text of these rules and will also be prompted to confirm that they agree with these rules of entry.
Limit of one (1) Automatic Entry per Entrant during the entire Sweepstakes Period
B. Additional Bonus Entries using the ITZATM App:
1) Refer a friend or family member using the referral mechanisms provided in the ITZATM App. When a friend or family member enters the Sweepstakes using this referral, you will automatically be notified and a new Entry will appear in the ITZATM App. The new Entrant and you, will both receive a new Entry.
2) Businesses wanting to take advantage of the ITZATM App platform, will associate ITZAtag's (tags that contain both a QR code and an NFC chip) to products or services which they offer. A user that scans an ITZAtag at one of these businesses, receives information on the product or service and a connection is established between the business and you, the Consumer. A business that has been vetted by TraiTel and is eligible, will also permit ITZATM App users to receive another Bonus Entry when any of their ITZAtags are scanned. Only one (1) Bonus Entry will be given per business, regardless on whether they offer the ITZAtag system in more than one location.
C. Alternate Method of Entry (AMOE):
A. To obtain one (1) Entry in the Sweepstakes without making a purchase, hand print your complete name, home address (including city, state and zip code), email address (if any), birth date, and an evening phone number (including area code) on a 3x5 card or piece of paper, and mail your entry in a #10, business-size envelope with first-class postage affixed to: ITZATM Sweepstakes 2024, PO Box 26065, San Diego, California 92196. Information on all Entries must be hand-printed. No mechanically reproduced or photocopied entries allowed. Limit one (1) mail-in Entry per outer mailing envelope. All mail-in entries must be received by no later than November 29, 2024. Proof of sending or submission will not be deemed to be proof of receipt by the Sponsor. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, illegible, invalid, misdirected, mutilated, incomplete, or postage-due mail/entries, which will be disqualified. Mail-in entries become property of Sponsor and will not be returned. Mail-in Entries must contain all Entry fields outlined above; otherwise, they are void and will not be eligible to win.
B. Additional Entries via AMOE can be sent and will be considered "Bonus" Entries. Bonus Entries require everything listed in clause (A), but in addition, they also require either:
1) To earn a bonus entry by referring someone to the Sweepstakes, the referred individual must enter the Sweepstakes via the ITZATM App using the mobile number they registered with. For AMOE entries, if multiple referrals provide the same mobile number, only the first received qualifies for an additional entry. Ensure your mail-in entry distinctly includes your details and those of the referred individual.
2) Bonus entries are granted through referrals from Managers or higher-ranking staff at businesses using the ITZAtag system, authorized by the Sponsor. Include the manager's full name, business name, and address with the entry.
HOW TO OPT-OUT: To opt out of the " ITZATM Sweepstakes 2024" and stop receiving communications, delete your ITZATM App account via the app's settings menu by selecting "delete my account." If you wish to remain an ITZATM App user but exit the Sweepstakes, send an "opt out" message to the main Sweepstakes chat in the app. You'll continue using the app but will be withdrawn from the Sweepstakes, and you should receive a confirmation message from the sponsor. If no confirmation is received, resend the message or check the chat channel.
SELECTION OF WINNERS: At the end of each Entry Period, Sponsor will randomly select one (1) potential winner from among all eligible Automatic and AMOE Entries received during each of the thirty (30) individual Entry Periods. The first Drawing Period ends on Saturday May 11, 2024 at 11:10 PM. The thirtieth and final Drawing period ends on Saturday, December 7, 2024 at 11:10 PM.
NOTIFICATION OF WINNING and CLAIMING PRIZE: After each Drawing Period has concluded, Sponsor will send a message to the ITZATM App of the winning Entrant to notify of the result and will include the winning number(s) between 11:10 PM Saturday and 11:20 PM the same day ("Winner Notification"), a winning AMOE Entrant will receive a phone call during this time. Once the message has been sent by the Sponsor (or phone call made), the potential winner has 48-hours to reply, i.e., the 48-hour deadline to reply and claim the prize begins the moment Sponsor sends / initiates the Winner Notification. Non-winners will be notified of the outcome on the next day, Sunday, during normal daylight hours.

Weekly Prizes:
Grand Prize Tiers (Milestone-Based) - the grand prizes are tiered and will be unlocked based on the total number of entrants in the Sweepstakes:
These grand prizes will be awarded in addition to the weekly prizes and are dependent on reaching the respective entrant milestones during the Sweepstakes Period. The payment of the Grand Prizes will be made directly into the winners' bank accounts within ten (10) business days of the end of the Winner Notification period for the grand prize draws. The total Approximate Retail Value (ARV) of all weekly prizes is $7,250.00. The potential total ARV for the grand prizes is $60,000.00, contingent upon reaching the specified entry milestones.
WINNER ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS: Potential winners must meet the eligibility requirements set forth in these Official Rules in order to qualify for a prize. Failure to respond within forty-eight (48) hours of Winner Notification being sent by Sponsor may result in disqualification, forfeiture of prize and an alternate potential winner may be selected. If a potential winner is found to be ineligible due to non-compliance with these Official Rules; declines to accept the prize; does not comply with Sponsor's instructions; or the prize is returned as undeliverable, the prize may be forfeited in Sponsor's sole discretion. If a prize is forfeited, then the prize may be awarded to an alternate potential winner, selected in a random drawing from among all remaining eligible entries received during the corresponding Entry Period, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Sponsor shall not be held responsible for any delays in awarding the prize for any reason. Each prize will only be awarded to a verified winner. Verification of weekly potential winners will occur following the end of each Winner Notification period. Any unclaimed prizes will be awarded in a random drawing to be held as necessary. Prize will be awarded once the potential winner responds to Sponsor with their Full Name, Home Address and Date of Birth, extra details will be needed from the Grand Prize winners.
Prizes will be awarded as stated, are non-transferable, and not redeemable for cash. The sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary. Winners bear all taxes and fees; earnings over $600 will be IRS-reported. The sponsor is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage from prize use, and makes no guarantees about the prize's condition or performance.
Upon delivery or deposit of the prize to the winner's Bank Account, Sponsor will be deemed to have awarded the prize to the winner with winner assuming full responsibility for the prize.
LIMITATIONS ON WINNING: There is a two (2) prize per Entrant limit during the entire Sweepstakes Period across all TraiTel directly related companies during the January 1, 2024 to December 31, 2024 calendar year. Note: You are not a winner of any prize until you have been verified as a winner by the Sponsor. Entrants that have won a prize and wish to be eligible to win a second prize, must take a photo of themselves, holding the prize, once received and send that photo via the ITZATM App through a conversation initiated by the Sponsor. In the case of a pre-paid credit card, an acceptable photo is one where part of the credit card numbers is covered by a finger, photos that have all number exposed will not be accepted. This must be done no later than 7 days after the prize is received.
ODDS OF WINNING: For the first twenty-nine (29) prizes, each valued at $250, the odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received and the number of prizes available. As more entrants participate, additional grand prizes become available, which may affect the odds of winning. Specific odds for the grand prizes will be determined based on the total number of entries at the close of the Sweepstakes.
RIGHT OF PUBLICITY RELEASE: Except where prohibited by law, participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes each Entrant's consent to Sponsor's and its agents' use of Entrant's name, likeness, photograph, voice, opinions and/or hometown, and statements made by or attributed to them, in perpetuity, in any and all media now known or hereafter developed (including, without limitation, print, broadcast and Internet), for all legitimate business purposes including advertising and promotional activities without additional compensation, further payment, and/or consideration.
MISCELLANEOUS CONDITIONS: All Entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned. By participating, Entrants agree to abide by and be bound by these Official Rules, which shall be final and binding with respect to all issues relating to this Sweepstakes. It is the Entrant's responsibility to ensure compliance with all of the conditions contained in these Official Rules. Sponsor is not responsible for any lost, late, misdirected, stolen, illegible, incomplete entries, or for any computer, online, telephone or technical malfunctions that may occur. Sweepstakes Parties are not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by Website users, any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes, or any technical or human error, which may occur in the processing of submissions in the Sweepstakes. Sweepstakes Parties assume no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries. Sweepstakes Parties are not responsible for any problems, failures or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers, providers, computer equipment, software, email, players or browsers, on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet, at any website, or on account of any combination of the foregoing. Sweepstakes Parties are not responsible for any injury or damage to participants or to any computer related to or resulting from participating or downloading materials in this Sweepstakes. Sponsor will not accept screen shots or other evidence of your results in lieu of Sponsor's own validation process. Persons found tampering with or abusing any aspect of this Sweepstakes, or whom Sponsor believes to be causing malfunction, error, disruption or damage will be disqualified. Use of any robotic, automatic, programmed or similar entry method will void your Entry/Entries and result in disqualification. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT OR ANY OTHER INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS. SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. Sponsor reserves the right to correct any typographical, printing, computer programming or operator errors.
If for any reason, the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of the Sweepstakes Parties which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes or any element thereof (including, without limitation, these Official Rules) without notice in any manner and for any reason (including, without limitation, in the event of any unanticipated occurrence that is not fully addressed in these Official Rules). In the event of cancellation, modification, or suspension, Sponsor reserves the right to select winners in a random drawing from among all eligible, non-suspect entries received prior to the time of the event warranting such cancellation, modification, or suspension. Notice of such cancellation, modification, or suspension will be posted on the Website and/or Sponsor's website at Sponsor's discretion. Sponsor may prohibit any Entrant or potential entrant from participating in the Sweepstakes, if such Entrant or potential entrant shows a disregard for these Official Rules; acts with an intent to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other Entrant, Sponsor, or Sponsor's agents or representatives; or behaves in any other disruptive manner (as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion). Sponsor reserves the right to modify these rules for clarification purposes without materially affecting the terms and conditions of the Sweepstakes.
By participating in this Sweepstakes, each Entrant agrees to release and hold harmless Sweepstakes Parties and each of their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, representatives, agents and employees, from any and all liability whatsoever for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind arising from or in connection with, either directly or indirectly from: 1) the awarding, acceptance, receipt, possession, use and/or misuse of any prize awarded herein; or 2) participation in the Sweepstakes or any prize related activities.

ARBITRATION AND CHOICE OF LAW: Except where prohibited by law, as a condition of participating in this Sweepstakes, Entrant agrees that (1) any and all disputes and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes, or any prizes awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by final and binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA) and held at the AAA regional office nearest the Entrant's residence; (2) the Federal Arbitration Act shall govern the interpretation, enforcement and all proceedings at such arbitration; and (3) judgment upon such arbitration award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction. Under no circumstances will Entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and Entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental or consequential damages, or any other damages, including attorneys' fees, other than Entrant's actual out-of-pocket expenses (i.e., costs associated with entering this Sweepstakes), and Entrant further waives all rights to have damages multiplied or increased. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of Entrants and Sponsor in connection with this Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the substantive laws of the State of California, USA without regard to California's choice of law rules.
